Wood mosaic inspired by the Lone Star quilt block design. Hand made with Purpleheart, Maple, Cedar, and Walnut. All the wood is unstained, allowing for its natural color and beauty to show. Bronze glittered resin has been poured over the wood tiles and on the outside. The entire piece is about 10in by 6.5in. There is a frame for hanging on the back. Woods like Purpleheart will darken over time with sun exposure, I have treated it with UV protection to minimize this, for best results hang piece out of direct sunlight.
